150th Anniversary Docufilm – Nicol Hartmann & Cie AG

To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Nicol Hartmann & Cie AG, one of Switzerland’s largest construction companies, I led the creation of a docufilm that captures the heart of the company’s legacy: its humanity. From art direction to project management, I oversaw every aspect of the production, ensuring the final piece not only highlighted key milestones but also conveyed the family-like atmosphere that defines the company’s culture.

The true challenge was to authentically portray the human presence within the organization — the relationships, emotions, and stories that have built Nicol Hartmann & Cie AG into what it is today. Through in-depth interviews, thoughtful storytelling, and visually striking sequences, the film weaves together the rich history of the company with the personal connections that make it a unique workplace.

The result is a powerful narrative that goes beyond construction, offering viewers an inspiring look at the people and values that have shaped one of Switzerland’s most iconic companies over the last 150 years.
